RMHC Charleston is committed to providing you with a safe and meaningful event experience while safeguarding the health and well being of our guests, volunteers and team members and the families we serve.

Upon arrival,  all guests, volunteers, and vendors will be required to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.  COVID-19 tests must be administered within 72 hours of the event.

Additionally, in line with CDC and local guidelines, guests are strongly encouraged to wear a face covering when not actively eating or drinking. We also encourage frequent hand sanitation.We will continue to monitor state and federal guidelines and adjust and communicate to you accordingly.

Event Information & Schedule of Events:

• Free parking is available on-site at the Charleston Marriott

• Registration will open at 10:30am. To help speed-up the check-in process, please register online HERE. You will be able to preview handbags and other silent and live auction items. Make sure to create an account for a seamless check-in day of. Once, you have an account created, DO NOT share your URL with anyone else. This is custom for your own bidding. 

• The Silent Auction of Handbags and other items will begin at 11:00am. Bidding will last 1 hour, ending at noon.

- All bidding will take place online, via your mobile device. If you will need assistance, we are happy to help.

• Following the Silent Auction, lunch will be served promptly at noon.

• Rhodes Boutique of South Windemere will host the fashion show

• Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the event: 1 Ticket = $25 and 5 Tickets = $100. All event attendees will be assigned a bidder number. You will be able to buy raffle tickets with your assigned number.

• Live Auction: Each attendee will be able to participate in the Live Auction with your assigned bidder number. This number will be on the back of your event program.
